Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Thailand Arbitration Center for the time being in force and the conduct of the arbitration thereof shall be under the administration of the Thailand Arbitration Center.

Tout différend, controverse ou réclamation découlant de ou en rapport avec ce contrat ou la violation, la résiliation ou l’invalidité de celui-ci, sera soumis et définitivement résolu par arbitrage conformément au règlement d’arbitrage du Centre d’Arbitrage de la Thaïlande (THAC) pour le moment en vigueur et la conduite de l’arbitrage sera sous l’administration du Centre d’Arbitrage de Thaïlande (THAC).
