
Wilder filed for arbitration to review the contract after Fury bypassing “Trilogy”.

The boxing industry is coming alive again after affected by COVID for quite awhile. The boxing industry’s silence seems to cause problems for the hundreds-millions boxer, “Gypsy King”, Tyson Fury, as his fight against “AJ” Anthony Joshua ” cannot continue because of the contract to have the ” Trilogy ” fight with an American boxer, Deontay Wilder. The uncertainty of the contract’ validity causing Fury to be furious to the point where he has to say that “if the fight cannot be staged then it should be canceled so he can fight other matches”. The situation causes the contractual party, an American Boxer Deontay Wilder, to submit the case to arbitration to determine whether the contract is still valid or should it be renewed due to the circumstances, including Wilder’s injuries. As the reason is not due to his failure to fight, but the circumstances are causing the fight to be pushed back; therefore, the arbitrator should decide whether the contract is still in effect or not.
It’s not just a problem for Fury and Wilder, “AJ” Anthony Joshua ” Fury’s opponent is queued with Oleksandr Usyk, World Championships of WBO, and also his mandatory challenger. While waiting for AJ, Usyk warmed up in the fight with “The Juggernaut ” Joe Joyce, another British boxer who, although he is at a disadvantage in his body built, still delivered an entertaining fight.
Meanwhile, Fury’s promoter Frank Warren announced with confidence that the “Fury-Joshua” battle could be launched by May or June this year for certain.
