On January 15th 2024, at the BHIRAJ Tower, the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) has welcomed DENTONS SHANGHAI OFFICE AND TP on the occasion of their visit to Thailand. DENTONS SHANGHAI OFFICE AND TP provide seamless and integrated global and localized legal solutions for Chinese enterprises’ international expansion while offering comprehensive legal protection for the overseas interests of China’ s government, enterprises and citizens.

The visiting group consisted of experts from various departments. Mr. Sean Bi, Partner of DENTONS Shanghai office, Ms. Iris Li, Partner from Dentons Shanghai office, Mr. Joe Hsu, Managing partner of TP & Associates, Mr. Chiry Yu, Managing partner of TP & Associates, Mr. Eason Chow, Senior consultant of TP & Associates, And also Thai associates from TP Thai law firm

THAC has presented the history, current status and future of arbitration in Thailand in this meeting, including Thailand Arbitration Act, the establishment of our center, the services we offer, as well as the challenges and way forward of arbitration in Thailand. Then there was a conversation about work cooperation both in Thailand and DENTONS SHANGHAI OFFICE AND TP.
