26 May 2024, THAC’s Director of Arbitration and Mediation delivered the keynote address at the BIAC’s 13th Anniversary seminar on “Resolving Investment Disputes: Strategies for Successful Outcomes and Need for a Robust ADR Framework”. In his address, he highlighted how the Bangladesh Accord arbitrations demonstrate an inherent flexibility of the arbitral process to account for wider interests affected by a tribunal’s decision.
